Please see the accommodation list below. Rates are per room, per night. A 19% VAT will apply for Colombian residents. Foreign nationals may be exempt subject to verification at check-in, conditions apply.
Tax Exemption for Foreign Guests:
Any foreign company or non-Colombian guest must comply with the following requirements, in accordance with Colombian regulations, in order to obtain this benefit:
• The service must be invoiced explicitly as a tourist package, presented as a single item with one total value.
• A signed contract must be provided, detailing the services (two or more) included in the tourist package, as supporting documentation for the invoice.
• The beneficiary of the hotel services must be a non-resident foreign guest, who must prove this status by presenting their original passport, Andean Migration Card, or MERCOSUR card, along with the corresponding immigration stamp (PIP-5 or PTP-5) or a valid TP-11 visa.
• This benefit applies when the invoice is issued directly to the non-resident foreign guest or to a tour operator agency duly certified by the Ministry of Tourism of the respective country.
