Conference Registration

Registration for the 34th IAFFE Conference are now open! Early-bird rates are available until April 27.

Please ensure that you complete your registration before the deadline, as no extensions will be granted. IAFFE members benefit from discounted registration fees. If you would like to become a member and take advantage of the reduced rate, please visit: https://www.iaffe.org/become-a-member

Registration options are available for both in-person and online participation. The in-person conference will take place in Cali, Colombia, from July 9–11, 2026, while the online conference will be held on June 25–26, 2026.Please note that registration for the in-person conference includes access to the online conference. Similarly, registration for the online conference grants access to the hybrid sessions of the IAFFE Conference in Cali.We encourage you to review the registration categories carefully, as we offer multiple pricing tiers designed to accommodate different economic circumstances and to make the conference as inclusive and accessible as possible.

If you submitted an abstract for the 2026 conference : use the same email/login details you used for your submission.
If you did not submit an abstract: you’ll have to first create an account on Exordo through the registration link, it takes less than two minutes.
Registration Deadlines
The deadline to request a change from in-person to online participation or to request a refund is May 5, 2026. Requests must be sent to: [email protected]. We cannot provide any extensions. Please see the detailed conference fees below to assist with planning your registration. The registration process is quick and straightforward, and we kindly note that payments are accepted by card only.  If you encounter any problems registering please contact support at [email protected].
